New book by Myrna Skoller
After having been a student of A Course in Miracles for over thirty years, Myrna Skoller discovered her own true and personal relationship with Jesus, just because she asked. She embarked upon a 365-day journey with Jesus into ACIM lessons, wanting to know what Jesus Himself expected her to learn from Him personally. Because she was discovering what an amazing voyage into the “Self” this was becoming, she decided to journalize each lesson. At first, she thought that the lessons were meant for her alone. However, only by recognizing the amazing impact they were having on her did she realize that the messages contained within those teachings would also have widespread appeal as well.
Myrna Skoller was born and raised in New York. She is the former owner of “Designer Resale,” a world renowned New York City resale and consignment shop she started in 1990. She successfully sold her business in 2015. It is now called “Designer Revival,” also known for its high-end, high-quality designer apparel and accessories. Her first book, Miracle on 81st Street, was inspired by the business which she founded, and faithfully ran, for over twenty-five years.
She also tried her hand at writing two children’s books, I Remember Grandpa and Sidney Goes to Bat, and a memoir, My Inner Teacher’s Voice, all of which were self-published and are available on Amazon.
Myrna now resides with her beloved partner, Michael Geringer, in a home they share in Boca Raton, Florida.
A Course In Miracles
“In Private Lessons with Jesus, Myrna has gifted our world with an invaluable resource. The teachings Jesus gave Myrna to accompany her study of A Course in Miracles, though personal, are of universal relevance and applicability. Whether you utilize her book as a companion to your study of ACIM or just want to receive Jesus’s wisdom and love, this book is a shining gem.”

Myrna and ACIM
I came upon A Course in Miracles in the early 1990s when my quest for spiritual awakening first began. I was awakened to the knowledge that we are much, much more than we perceive ourselves to be. Yet little did I know, spiritual awakening is only the beginning. It is the journey towards learning and absorbing its deeper meanings that brings us to God-Realization.
I have been a student of A Course in Miracles for over thirty years and have completed the lessons several times. One day, when I was about to embark upon another 365 days of lessons, I suddenly brainstormed into trying it a different way. I asked Jesus if he would give me “private lessons.” I wanted him to explain what the lessons should mean to me personally. Those 365 days I spent with Jesus in compiling the lessons was an amazing journey into the Self, one which I could never have accomplished alone. I asked for guidance, and I received it.
More praise for Private Lessons With Jesus
“This is a must-read for all who wish to enjoy a positive, peaceful life full of joy and free of anxiety. Myrna Skoller promotes staying in the present, in the realm of God’s grace. The National Science Foundation suggests that 80% of our 50,000 daily thoughts can be negative, which can lead to dwelling on the past, feeling unhappy and stuck. What Myrna so brilliantly explains is that we are all given the opportunity to have more peaceful days and nights.

Private Lessons with Jesus
After having been a student of A Course in Miracles for over 30 years, Myrna Skoller embarked upon a 365-day journey into ACIM lessons, wanting to know what Jesus himself expected her to learn. As a result, she discovered her own true, personal relationship with Jesus, just because she asked.
Letters to Heaven and Back:
A Journey in Self-Healing
In the throes of despair after her husband Charlie dies, Myrna reaches out to her inner teacher, Jesus. Using the keyboard to communicate, she opens up channels to a unique form of discussion, and discovers comfort and healing through these dialogues. Charlie’s character also takes on a significant role through recurring instances of unusual phenomenon.
Miracle on 81st Street - A Girl's Dream
A business Skoller founded in 1990 inspired this memoir, with a title that references its location at 81st Street and Second Avenue, in the heart of NYC’s Upper East Side. This story follows Skoller’s lifelong journey from early childhood tragedy, to the triumphs and joys of being a successful entrepreneur.
Sydney Goes to Bat
Written in rhythmic style, this delightful children’s story was inspired by Skoller’s granddaughter. A little girl, Sydney, is ignored for her baseballs skills because she is "just a girl." But she eventually shows her boy peers that her skills far exceed their doubts, especially when she scores a winning home run.
I Remember Grandpa
This charming children's book was inspired by Skoller’s grandson Corey when he was four. Written in rhyme, it brings the child reader through the death of a loved one—in Corey's case, his Grandpa—to the recognition that death is nothing to fear, and only love exists.
Stay tuned for upcoming future events.
